Wu Changshu, male, Korean nationality, is a native of Antu, Jilin Province. He was born in 1936, joined the CPC in 1958, and graduated from Liaoning University in 1959.Wu Changshu spent the early part of his career in Jilin Province working for the government of Dunhua County. He then worked for several Korean Autonomous Prefectures of various provinces. On a national level Wu was a member of the standing committees of both the 8th and 9th NPCs.
Wu is a member of the standing committee of the 9th NPC.
